How long will deliveries take?
If your item is in stock this will ship as soon as payment is confirmed. If the item isn’t stocked in our New Zealand warehouse then orders can take up-to 20 days due to the item being shipped from abroad. New Zealand orders are dispatched from Auckland. Overnight for most of the North Island and up-to 3 days for South Island deliveries. Parcel Tracking will be provided where possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes as soon as your shipment status has gone to “Shipped” a tracking number will be posted. Note it sometimes takes a day or so for the tracking data to come available.
I have tracked my order but it says its coming from another country?
For large orders and certain products we have to order the products direct from our suppliers to fulfill your order. If this is the case it will state the country of origin and provide you with transit information from there.
How secure is my order Information?
Our site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which encrypts all data between the browser and the server. Ensuring any information you enter is kept secure. Our Payment Gateways handle all payment transaction information with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) to ensure your data is protected. They also incorporate 3D Secure which prevents fraudulent transactions. We also adhere to the Privacy Act 1993 so any data collected will be handled in accordance with this act.
What happens after I order?
An email will be sent out with a Tax Invoice attached. The order will be processed, payment authorized and stock availability. Your order will be dispatched and parcel tracking made available if possible. Orders can take up-to 20-25 days if coming from abroad. Check My Account for information on ongoing or previous orders.
I ordered an powered device but it has the wrong plug?
Sorry this has happened, our products are manufactured to be sold in many different countries. Rarely the wrong power connector is shipped by mistake. We have AU power adapters which can convert the plug to NZ. Just contact us and we’ll arrange a adapter FREE of Charge!
What is I have a complain or issue?

What happens when I’m on Backorder?
A back-order is when ourselves and our supplier temporarily don’t have stock when you place your order. If this is the case we will advise you via email of the situation and give you the option to proceed. If you choose to proceed you will need to wait till stock becomes available to fulfill your order.
My order status says “awaiting communication”?
We are currently waiting communication from yourself or our supplier to determine a query before the order can proceed.
What is the best way to find out Availability?
Our stock is connected to our suppliers stock levels. So most products are listed as in stock. If you require something urgently just call us and we can advise you from there Ph 028-417-9949.
What is “My Account”
If you have registered with us this is where your account information is stored. From recent orders. Billing and Shipping addresses as well as the ability to change your account password. Note: We do not store any payment details on this site and all information is stored in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your account.
