We offer 90-Days cover to all shipped packages. This covers any damage, or non delivery for the period stated. This protections your order while it is in transit to you.
How do we Fix the problem?
We offer the following resolutions. We communicate with you to find out what happened. We may need you to make inquiries with you a local postshop. Sometime packages are held back because signatures are required etc and you are more familiar with your area than we are. We also may need photos of the damage to your package so this can be forwarded to the carrier for insurance claims etc. We may have to confer with our supplier(s).

Once we have sorted out what happened. We can have the item resent or refunded depending on how you feel.
If you want to return
the goods this is done at your own expense.
Damaged item(s) will be refunded or replaced. Damaged goods may have to be returned for assessment or credit but is subject to circumstance. We will advise you if this is the case.
