A new problem emerging out of the Covid-19 Pandemic is global air capacity has fallen greatly due to the reduction in commercial passenger services due to Covid-19. This is causing airfreight times to increase. A lot of our suppliers are based in Australia and China. This is affecting our ability to resupply and order directly from our suppliers to fulfill your orders. We know the problem will gradual improve but in the mean time there maybe some delays.
Currently we are seeing delays of around 10 days longer than what we would normally expect and this is slowly improving from when New Zealand was in level 4.
Until commercial passenger services resume normally again then we will see services resume. In the short term we are trying to use carriers that have there own fright aircraft.
