Our products a distributed from two sources our warehouse here in Auckland, New Zealand and from oversea suppliers. When you order from us we determined how to fulfill the order depending on stock availability.
We proceed to fulfill your order as we see fit. The order is then shipped and the Tracking ID will be emailed too you. You can then proceed to track your order. Note: it can take 48 hrs. for data to become available.
A new problem emerging out of the Covid-19 Pandemic is global air capacity has fallen greatly due to the reduction in commercial passenger services due to Covid-19. This is causing airfreight times to increase. A lot of our suppliers are based in Australia and China. This is affecting our ability to resupply and order directly from our suppliers to fulfill your orders. We know the problem will gradual improve but in the mean time there maybe some delays.
Currently we are seeing delays of around 20 days longer than what we would normally expect. Packages are stored until aircraft arrive creating backlogs of cargo. You might see your package not move or pass scan points during this time.
Until commercial passenger services resume normally again then we will see freight services improve. In the short term we are trying to use carriers that have there own freight aircraft however these services cost significantly more and demand for them has increased so much that there service times have reduced as well.

There are still major international delivery delays with parcels arriving in to NZ from overseas. We are working to have the majority of parcels, once received in to NZ Post, delivered within 5 days. There are no specific areas where we have significant delays with deliveries within NZ.
